Received training at San Francisco, California; Fort Lewis, Washington; Fort Ord, California; Camp Pickett, Virginia, Left for overseas in 1943 to North Africa, Italy, France, and Germany with the 7th Army. Discharged August 17, 1945. Rank: Technician Fifth Grade.
