Son of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Jackson. Entered service August 28, 1942 at Scott Field, Illinois. Received training at Drew Field, Florida. Sent oversees July 7, 1943 to New Guinea, and Philippine Islands. Discharged November 13, 1945 at Fort Sheridan, Illinois as Staff Sergeant.
