Son of Mr. Ladage. Entered service September 8, 1944. Received training at Fort Mc Cellan, Alabama and Fort Meade, Maryland. Served overseas in Scotland, England; France; Belgium; Holland; and Germany. Injured in Germany July 18, 1945 being accidentally shot through neck, partially paralyzing the right arm. Returned to U.S. August 1945 and sent to Percy Jones Hospital at Battle Creek, Michigan August 29. 1945 where he also received his discharge May 24, 1946. Rank: Private First Class
