Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Lyons. Entered service January 17. 1942 at Fort Sheridan, Illinois. Overseas in Southwest Pacific for thirty-six months in Luzon. Discharged August 18, 1945. Rank: Technician Fourth Grade.
