Son of Mr. and Mrs. John Stewart. Entered service October 3, 1943 in the Navy. Received training at Farragut, Idaho; Camp Blanding, Georgia; Bremerton, Washington. Sent to Pacific Areas on USS Richmond. Discharged December 2, 1945 at Great Lakes, Illinois. Rank: Seaman Second Class.
